FGI Woven Glass Polyester Tape, made from a combination of polyester fiber warp and E-glass filaments, offers exceptional heat resistance and insulation properties. FGI Woven Glass Polyester Tape versatile product serves as an ideal insulating and binding material for manufacturing and repairing electrical machinery, transformers, and related applications. FGI Woven Glass Polyester Tapes are similar to glass tape but boast the advantage of non-fraying edges due to the polyester yarn's weft direction and glass in the warp direction. FGI Woven Glass Polyester Tapes combine the robust tensile strength and incombustible properties of fiberglass in the machine direction with the easy handling of polyester fiber crosswise. Additionally, polyester can be in the warp direction for shrinkage and glass can be in the weft for temperature augmentation.
