Direct Roving

Direct Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins and designed for filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications.

Direct roving is suitable for use in pipes, pressure vessels, gratings, and profiles.

Woven Roving

E-glass Fibre Woven Roving used in a variety of resin strengthen systems, is one of the strongest textile fibres, with a higher specific tensile strength than steel wire of the same diameter and weight.

It is commonly utilised in hand lay up, mould press, GRP forming process, and robot processes to create boats, vessels, aircraft components, panels, and storage tanks.

Chopped Strand Mat

E-Glass Chopped Strand Mat is made of Alkali-free Fiberglass Chopped Strands, which are randomly distributed and bonded together with a polyester binder in powder or emulsion form. The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, and other various resins

It’s mainly used in hand lay-up, filament winding, and compression moulding processes. The typical FRP products are panels, tanks, boats, pipes, cooling towers, automobile interior ceilings, a complete set of sanitary equipment, etc

Glass Fibre Cloth

E-glass fibre cloth is woven using fibre glass yarn that has been treated with a silane coupling agent; the weave is plain.
